2. Not Mental Health Treatment

Unplugged Chaos provides life coaching and mental health education only. We are not licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals, and our Services do not substitute for professional mental health care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you require medical or mental health services, please contact a licensed provider or call 911 in an emergency.

3. Services and Payments

We may modify, withdraw, or cancel Services at any time without prior notice. Payments for coaching, classes, or resources must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All sales are final unless specified.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided by Unplugged Chaos are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in unlawful, harmful, or harassing behavior within our community spaces or sessions.
Post or share hate speech, bullying, or spam.
Violate the rights of others or disrupt our Services.

We reserve the right to disable user accounts or refuse Services if these rules are violated.

Return and Refund Policy

1️⃣ Terms of Return

Due to the nature of our services:

Coaching sessions and workshops are non-refundable once delivered.
For prepaid sessions or packages, you may request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule without penalty.
No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may forfeit the session fee.

For digital products (eBooks, guides, courses):

Refund requests will be considered within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

2️⃣ State of Return

For digital products, the product must not have been accessed, downloaded, or used to qualify for a refund.

3️⃣ Reason for Return

Refunds will be considered if:

You received the wrong digital product.
You are unable to access the purchased content due to technical issues we are unable to resolve.
